BLUE PANORAMA AIRLINES GENERAL CONDITIONS



1. INTRODUCTION AND DEFINITIONS

1.1) Blue Panorama Airlines S.p.A is a private Italian airline with registered office in Viale Liegi 32 - 00198 Rome (VAT No. 05590151006), whose identification code is “BV”.

1.2) "blu-express" is a trademark, which belongs to Blue Panorama Airlines S.p.A.. Flights marketed under that trademark are operated by Blue Panorama Airlines S.p.A. aircrafts under code "BV", which identifies the company.

1.3) For the purposes of these General Conditions, the following terms shall have the meaning indicated herein, unless otherwise specified within the context:

- "Carrier": means Blue Panorama Airlines S.p.A. and its trademarks, with registered office in Viale Liegi, 32 - 00198 Rome, supplier of transport services of passengers and baggage, subject to these terms and conditions, as well as all the airline companies which, under an agreement with Blue Panorama Airlines or an authorization released by this last one, carry out as whole or part, in fact the foreseen transport;

- "Charter": means a flight carried out by the Carrier on behalf exclusively of a Tour Operator or more Tour Operators in collaboration. Such flights are marketed exclusively by Tour Operator clients in accordance with its business policies and are not available through the Carrier’s web site or through a Contact Center. To Charter flights are applied the Terms and Conditions provided by the Tour Operator clients;

- "Passenger": means any person, except for crew members, transported by or undertaken to be transported by the Carrier;

- "Baggage": means personal property belonging or in the possession of the passenger and that the last one carries with him/her during the trip. Unless otherwise specified, baggage means both registered and non-registered baggage;

- "Registered Baggage": means baggage taken into custody by the Carrier and for which passengers receive a Baggage Identification Label;

- "Non-registered Baggage": means baggage carried by hand by passengers on board on the aircraft;

- "Baggage Receipt": means the part of the tickets regarding the transport of the baggage registered by passengers;

- "Booking Reference Code" and "Booking Number": mean the alphanumeric code transmitted by the Carrier to passengers in order to identify the reservation made;

- "Ticket Number": means the unique serial number of tickets issued to each passenger for a booking made and paid for in full;

- "Montreal Convention": means the Convention for the unification of certain rules regarding the international air carriage, signed in Montreal on the 28th of May, 1999;

- "Special Drawing Rights": means the unit of account established in 1969 by the International Monetary Fund and subject to daily quotation, published in major newspapers;

- "Contact Center": means the telephone or computer service center furnished by the Carrier, which passengers can contact at number + 39 06 98956666 to receive general information concerning the flights, as well as requiring information on how to purchase tickets and to request changes concerning the name of the passenger, the date, the time of the flight and the itinerary change according to the rules established by the fare paid;

- "Adults": regarding a tariff it means passengers who, at the date of the flight, are over 12 years old (starting when they become 12 years old); - "Children": refers to passengers, who, at the time of the flight, have become 2 years old but must still turn 12 years old. In what the tariffs concerned, they can have discounts according to the rules established by the fare paid;

- "Unaccompanied Minor" and "UMNR": refers to passengers who have become 6 already years old but not 14 years old yet. They are accepted in our aircrafts, please refer to our procedures, see art. 9.2;

- "Infant": means passengers who, at the time of flight, have not become two years old yet;

- "PIR - Property Irregular Reports": means the form available at the airport offices to be filled in case of complaint by passengers concerning loss, damage or delay when delivering baggage;

1.4) General terms: the Carrier is responsible pursuant to art. 6, no.2, Regulation (EC) no. 2027/97 as amended by Regulation (EC) no. 889/02 and Regulation (EC)261/04.




2. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONTIDIONS OF CARRIAGE

2.1) These conditions must be examined on-line by the passenger or can be requested at the Contact Center before making the reservation. The booking implies full knowledge of them and their full acceptance. These terms and conditions may be updated or changed at any time by the Carrier, which shall notify immediately through this web site. If the reservation is made on-line, the passenger agrees on-line and undertakes to print these terms and conditions; in the meantime, passengers agree and undertake to print and to observe these general terms and conditions any time there shall be a change.




3. RESERVATIONS AND PURCHASE OF A TICKET

3.1) The ticket may be purchased through the following websites: www.blu-express.com and www.blue-panorama.com, or getting in touch with the Contact Center or at the authorized travel agencies. The charge on the credit card furnished will be made simultaneously when the ticket is purchased. The Contact Center can be contacted at the following number: +39 06 98956666, in order to have general information on reservations or request to change the bookings already made every day from 8.00 to 20.00 hrs. Ticket offices authorized to sell flight tickets are present in many airports served by the Carrier.

For tickets bought through our Contact Center a supplement will be applied directly on the ticket as follows:

- 15 Euros per booking for flights marketed under the low-cost brand “blu-express”, or for domestic flights within Italy and international flights within Europe, Turkey and Russia.

- 25 Euros per booking for international flights of the Carrier’s towards Africa, the Far East, the Caribbean and the Americas, as well as in general for all intercontinental flights and in all cases except for Charter flights.

3.2) For the tickets purchased at the authorized airport ticket offices, the surcharge required by the Carrier will not be in any case less than the one indicated on art. 3.1, but it may be subject to a further charge, which does not depend on the Carrier, but on the ticket offices for the provision of booking services and purchase.

3.3) The purchase of the ticket is simultaneous with the booking. Payment of fees, all taxes and charges relating to the booking must be made in full by the passengers at the time of booking. Once the payment of the fare has been checked, as well as all fees and applied surcharges, the Carrier will confirm the booking and will assign the passenger the “Reference Code” or “Booking Number”. If the payment appears as not made or not completed, the Carrier may cancel the reservation.

3.4) In case of bookings made on-line or through the Contact Center, the booking confirmation with the “Reference Code” or “Booking Number” and the details of the purchased flight will be transmitted by the Carrier to the passenger via e-mail. If the booking is actually paid and in order to be valid for the transport, it must include the “Ticket Number”. To make the reservation it is necessary and mandatory for the passenger to disclose a valid e-mail address and a valid mobile phone number. All communications by the Carrier concerning the booking (confirmation, cancellation, operational changes) will be sent exclusively to the e-mail address specified at the time of the booking. In the case of purchase of the ticket at an agency, the agency will be responsible to ensure the delivery of the “Code of Reference” or “Booking Number”, the “Ticket Number” and all the flight details, to the passenger. Note that if the email address entered during the purchase is the agency’s, any schedule changes or flight cancellation will be sent only to the intermediary agency, which shall be responsible for warning the passengers. The “Booking confirmation”, if it includes the “Ticket Number”, which can be printed at the end of the purchase procedure, is valid as a travel document and is a valid and relevant tax document, as well. Consequently, it is necessary and sufficient as a fiscal document (whether private or corporate clients). VAT on transport services is not deductible (pursuant to art. 19-bis1 of the Presidential Decree no. 633/72).

3.5) The tickets purchased are valid for one year from the date of the confirmation from the Carrier.

3.6) The rates applicable to flights marketed under the “blu-express” low-cost brand, or for domestic flights in Italy and international flights to the rest of Europe, Turkey and Russia, may be one-way or round-trip, Economy class only. The rates applied to international trips of the Carrier’s towards Africa, the Far East, the Caribbean and the Americas, as well as in general for all intercontinental flights and in all cases except for Charter flights, may be one-way or round trip, either in Economy class or in Blue Class (Business Class), depending on what is selected during the booking process and specified in the “Booking Confirmation”. The Carrier does not offer connecting flights and is not responsible for eventual lost connections with its own flights or with other airlines flights.

3.7) It is possible to purchase up to a maximum of 9 seats per transaction.




4. RATES AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.1) The rates include only transport from the departure airport to the destination airport, thus excluding transportation between airports and/or between airports and terminals.

4.2) The rates applied are those in effect at the time of booking, for which there are limited number of seats available. Rates may vary before the transport depending on the number of seats still available at the time of purchase. The Carrier has the right to refuse transportation if the applicable fare, as well as the taxes and fees applied, appear as not paid yet.

4.3) Subject to the provisions for the transport of luggage stated on the following arts. 12 and 13 of these terms and conditions and in addition to the fare, all taxes established by the Government or other authorities will be charged to the passenger for every ticked purchased, particularly airport taxes regarding passengers or their luggage or the use of all services. Besides these airport taxes, which vary depending on the departure airport, a fuel surcharge is also applied.

4.4) Infant Passengers (Children, who, at the time of the flight have not become 2 years old yet) may travel only sitting on the lap of an adult and only in Economy class. Some aircrafts give the possibility to use the cradle service (BSCT - Bassinet / Baby Basket). It should be noted in this regard that such a service cannot be called upon, since it is subject to availability and confirmation only at the time of check-in.

4.5) Children passengers for whom the unaccompanied minor (UMNR) is requested, pursuant to art. 9.3 are not entitled to any fare reduction and will pay therefore the same rate as the one reserved for Adult passengers.

4.6) On-line payments via website of the Carrier’s may be made by using credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa and American Express plus UniCredit PagOnline or the online payment service of the UniCredit Group, which allows to purchase the Carrier’s tickets without using the credit card but by charging the price directly on the passenger’s bank account.

Payments via Contact Center may be made by using MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

4.7) In the case of bookings made through a travel agency, it is necessary to ask for the payment conditions at the agency itself.




5. CONFIDENTIALITY

5.1) To ensure the confidentiality of the credit card data used online on the Carrier’s website, this last one uses the most advanced Secure Socket Layer (SSL). SSL is currently the preferred method to securely transfer credit card data and other reserved data via the Internet. At the time of payment, if the browser used supports SSL, passengers may select the option Secure Mode and all the data will be protected by this technology. If the browser has some limitations, it is possible to use the non-secure mode, but the Carrier recommends to get the latest browser version, so that future transactions can be made safely.




6. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

6.1) For flights marketed under the “blu-express” low cost brand or for domestic flights in Italy and for international flights towards Europe, Turkey and Russia, date and time changes are allowed subject to availability through the internet website: www.blu-express.com or www.blue-panorama.com up to 24 hours before the departure of the flight or by contacting the Contact Center up to 2 hours and 30 minutes before departure, upon payment of a 35 Euros fee per passenger per flight plus the difference between the rate paid originally and the lowest rate available at the time when the change is requested. In case the rate available is lower than the price paid originally, there is no refund at all. The change of name has a fixed cost of 80 Euros and may be made through the following websites: www.blu-express.com or www.blue-panorama.com up to 24 hours before the flight departure. The route change (change of origin or destination of trip) is possible only via Contact Center. Name changes are not permitted in the case of bookings, which include different routes if one route has already been taken (used) or expired; bookings including more routes must bear the same name for all flights.

6.2) For international line flights of the Carrier’s towards Africa, the Far East, the Caribbean and the Americas, as well as in general for all intercontinental flights and in all cases except for Charter flights, the rules concerning eventual changes of the date, time and flight itinerary may vary according to the fare available and to some promotional rate levels, which may not allow changes and/or cancellations at all. For further information and for an informed purchase it is always possible to verify via Contact Center the rate to be bought before making the corresponding booking. In any case, any request to change and/or cancel may be made anyway only up to 72 hours before the departure of the flight bought. Name changes are not allowed under any circumstances. In case of purchase of round trip tickets, if the passenger does not use the departing flight due to reasons out of the Carrier’s control, the reservation for the return trip will be automatically cancelled, for which the eventual refund may be requested, according to the regulations applied to the fare paid (IATA Resolution 723).

6.3) If, with notice, the Carrier’s flight is cancelled or the departure time is changed within the prescribed criteria, if the passenger does not accept the proposed alternatives, or in case of lack of alternatives, the full amount paid for the cancelled flight will be refunded without compensation for expenses or assistance provided (meals/hotel). The criteria relating to the time change according to which the passenger has the right to request refund are the following:

- For flights marketed under the “blu-express” low-cost brand, or for domestic flights in Italy and international flights towards Europe, Turkey and Russia passengers are entitled to receive a full refund if they receive a notice of advance departures of at least 15 minutes or delays of at least 25 minutes against the departure time of the ticket purchased;

- For international Line flights of the Carrier’s towards Africa, the Far East, the Caribbean and the Americas, as well as in general for all intercontinental flights and in all cases except for Charter flights, passengers are entitled to receive a full refund if advance flights are informed at least 1 hour and 5 minutes or delays of at least 2 hours and 5 minutes against the time of the ticket purchased.

All the above shall not be applicable for unpredictable delays that may occur during operations without possibility of notice, or at the airport or anyway the same day of the departure. In the case of bookings made long before, it is recommended to check via the Contact Center, at least 72 hours before the departure, the actual time of departure.

6.4) In any case, the right of withdrawal provided for in respect of distant contracts, is not applicable to this type of sale pursuant to paragraph b) of art. 7 of the Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999.

6.5) For all Carrier’s fares fuel surcharge is not refundable. Government taxes are refundable. Requests for reimbursement of taxes must be made within and not over 7 (seven) days from the date of the flight booked by sending an e-mail to the following email address: [email protected] and following the instructions provided therein about the documents to be sent, in order for them to be accepted.




7. CHECK-IN

7.1) Passengers must be at the airport in time for the check-in operations before the flight departs.

For flights marketed under the “blu-express” low-cost brand or for domestic flights in Italy and for international flights towards Europe, Turkey and Russia the check-in desk opens in any case 2 hours before the scheduled departure and it closes 35 minutes before the departure for DOMESTIC flights and 45 minutes before the departure for INTERNATIONAL flights. In addition, passengers must go to the boarding gate (GATE) at least 25 minutes before the scheduled departure of the flight.

For international flights of the Carrier’s towards Africa, the Far East, the Caribbean and the Americas, as well as in general for all intercontinental flights, the check-in desk opens 3 hours before the scheduled departure and closes 90 minutes before the departure. In addition, passengers must go the boarding gate (GATE) at least 45 minutes before the scheduled departure of the flight.

7.2) For all flights of the Carrier’s, it is not possible to check-in for more than one flight at a time (“through check-in”). Passengers are then obliged to carry out all the acceptance operations (receipt of boarding pass and luggage registration) separately for each flight of the chosen itinerary. No acceptance will be made at the boarding gate (GATE). If the passenger arrives over the time limit allowed, the Carrier reserves the right to cancel the seat booked for the passenger and it will not be possible to make any reimbursement request for tickets not used. It is recommended to check-in and to be at the boarding gate (GATE) long in advance.

7.3) On the day of the scheduled departure, passengers must be present at the check-in counter with a valid ID. For domestic flights in Italy, Adult passengers are allowed to show their driving license (only for Italian passengers), ID card and passport. For domestic flights in Italy, minor passengers (including Children and Infants) must absolutely show their ID card or identity certificate, individual passport or equivalent document. For international flights Adults travel with a valid ID card to travel abroad or with a passport. For international flights minor passengers (including Children and Infants) are allowed to travel only with a valid ID card or with an ID certificate or their own passport or official document alike. For minor passengers (including Children and Infants) who travel together with an adult different from his/her parents must show, in addition to the above mentioned documents, also a legal authorization released by his/her parents. Such authorization shall be legalized by the Police Station (“Questura”) or by the competent international authorities. For minor passengers (including Children and Infants) who travel together with their parents, particularly if they have a passport issued before 2009, in case it does not show clearly their relationship, it shall be necessary to show at the check-in desk a family certificate, which can be requested from the local institution bodies. Every passenger shall make sure that he/she has all the eventual documents requested by the legislation of the countries of destination, in order to enter their territories. It is the passengers’ responsibility to make sure of having the valid ID documents and all other requirements or documents requested by customs or immigration authorities. Penalties, fines, costs or expenses arising from the lack of such requirements or invalid documents shall be borne by passengers. Passengers are requested to contact the immigration authorities of the country of destination for any eventual inquiries before making the ticket booking. If the documents shown by passengers are not valid or not in good condition, or if the passenger’s name on the reservation does not match the one on the ID documents, the Carrier shall refuse boarding and passengers shall not be entitled to any refund.

7.4) Passengers with limbs in plaster or in fences are required to report the Carrier in advance about their medical condition as well as to show at the check-in counter a medical certificate, which shows the type of illness and capability to fly.

7.5) Web check-in is the service, which allows passengers to carry out all booking operations directly from home or from the office between 10 days to 3 hours before departure. It is on line only for some flights marketed “blu-express” low-cost, or for domestic flights in Italy and international flights towards Europe, Turkey and Russia.

Web check-in is available for departures from the following airports: Rome Fiumicino, Torino Caselle, Catania Fontanarossa, Palermo Punta Raisi, Nizza Côte d'Azur and Lamezia Terme. The service is available for adult passengers who travel only with hand luggage of allowed dimensions and weight (1 piece max 10 Kg and dimensions not exceeding 55x40x20 cm including handle and wheels). Web check-in can NOT be requested by passengers who travel with checked baggage or luggage which must be transported in the adequate aircraft compartment, by minor passengers or those who travel with Children under 2 years old, or by reduced mobility passengers, by visually impaired passengers and/or by passengers who need special assistance at the airport, neither can be requested by passengers travelling with pets. On the day of the scheduled departure passengers must be sure to be at the boarding gate (GATE) at least 25 minutes before the departure (otherwise the booking will be cancelled without the possibility to request any kind of refund at all). They must show a valid ID document. For information regarding the boarding gate (GATE), it is required to check the airport monitors. The Carrier does not apply any surcharge for web check-in.




8. FAST TRACK PASS

8.1) The Carrier offers its passengers departing from the airport Rome Fiumicino the possibility to purchase a voucher, which allows to use, in connection with the boarding of a single flight, a private gate at the Terminal 3 departure area of the airport (“Reserved Gate”) for the required security controls. The Reserved Gate may be used by certain types of passengers holding a valid access ticket (such as “first and business class” passengers, etc.), who shall benefit from a reserved security control service and, therefore, generally faster than the others.

8.2) The security controls on passengers, baggage and cargo at the reserved gate are carried out only, pursuant to the provisions in force, by the Staff of Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A., which is the airport operator.

8.3) The Reserved Gate is open from Monday to Sunday between 5.00 and 23.00 hours, unless exceptionally decided otherwise by the airport operator due to technical reasons related to traffic and management of Terminal 3.

8.4) Each voucher entitles passengers to a single access into the Reserved Gate and may be used only in connection to a boarding card for one flight operated by the Carrier, which references will be listed on the voucher itself.

8.5) The voucher is nominal and is issued in favor of the purchaser of the air ticket and cannot be sold and/or used by third parties, provided that, in case of fulfillment of the conditions referred to in Article 6.1, 6.2 of these general conditions, regarding the possibility to change name and/or itinerary, the voucher will be reissued free of charge with the new plane ticket and will bring the new references.

8.6) The price of the voucher to enter the Reserved Gate, for every flight departing from the airport “Leonardo da Vinci” in Rome Fiumicino, is 5 Euros. It is bought together with the booking. Its payment must be made in full by passengers at the time of booking through the following web sites: www.blu-express.com and www.blue-panorama.com.

8.7) The voucher is not subject to changes or cancellation in an independent way (or not depending on changes or cancellation regarding the flight for which such a voucher refers to). It is not refundable in case of failure to use the service due to any reason not depending on the Carrier, except for what is provided by art. 8.9. In case of cancellation of flight due to the Carrier as per art. 6.3 of these general conditions, the cost of the voucher will be refunded together with the amount refunded to the passenger.

8.8) Access to the Reserved Gate does not guarantee the reduction of time for carrying out the security controls and, therefore, passengers are anyhow required to respect punctually and prudently the terms established by art. 7 of these general terms for the check-in operations, the security control procedures and the presence at the boarding gate (GATE). In this regard, any liability from the Carrier is expressly excluded in respect of any claims for damages by passengers who have the voucher when they do nor respect the terms established by art. 7 of these general terms and conditions due to any reason, cause or motivation not attributable to the Carrier.

8.9) In the event that the access to the Reserved Gate is precluded or given in such a way as to make the service useless or too late, due to exceptional technical and operational reasons, the Carrier, notwithstanding the absence of any liability for direct or indirect damages (including the impossibility to use the air transport service), shall be liable to the passenger who is the holder of the voucher within the limits of its purchase price, which will be then refunded in full upon submission of the necessary documentation attached to the following e-mail address: [email protected].




9. SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

9.1) For passengers requiring special assistance it is necessary to make such a request within 72 hours before the departure only via the Carrier’s Contact Center at the following number: +39 06 98956666. For any kind of assistance or for the transport procedures regarding infants, pregnant women, handicapped passengers or passengers with a disability, it is necessary to contact the Contact Center, when the booking is made. We also reiterate that for assistance it is mandatory to show during the acceptance procedures the INCAD form, duly filled in by the passenger’s doctor (click here to download the form). For safety reasons the Carrier may accept on a limited number of wheelchairs per flight, in order to ensure punctuality and safety. The Carrier reserves the right to change policies and procedures without notice. Finally, we note that the transport of passengers with disabilities, limited mobility and visually impaired accompanied by guide dogs is ruled by the EC Regulation No. 1107/2006 Law No. 60 dated 8 Feb. 2006 in force since 18 March 2006, which amended Law No. 37 dated 14 Feb. 1974. Such a regulation provides that the burden of the assistance service is under the airport operator’s care, where the Carrier’s responsibility is only to inform passengers.

9.2) Carriage of PRM passengers – visually impaired accompanied by a guide dog is ruled by the EC Regulation No. 1107/2006 Law No. 60 dated 8 Feb. 2006 in force since 18 March 2006, which amended Law No. 37 dated 14 Feb. 1974. Visually impaired passengers accompanied by a guide dog are allowed on board on the Carrier’s flights, depending on the availability of space, provided dogs have a muzzle and leash, medical documents and/or health passport. It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure that documents are updated and show them at the check-in counter.

9.3) The Carrier shall adopt specific policies for the transportation of minor passengers.

Infant passengers cannot travel alone but only accompanied by (parents and/or relatives who have a legal authorization). The Carrier shall not allow on board more Infant passengers accompanied by only one passenger who is at least eighteen years old.

Children under 5 years old cannot travel alone but only accompanied by (parents and/or relatives who have a legal authorization).

Children between 6 and 14 years old can travel unaccompanied only by using the UMNR procedure (unaccompanied minors) for a maximum of 2 per flight. UMNR passengers will be allowed on board on the Carrier’s aircrafts upon payment of the ticket plus a surcharge as follows:

- 50 Euros per flight per unaccompanied minor for flights marketed under the “blu-express” low-cost brand, or for domestic flights in Italy and international flights towards Europe, Turkey and Russia.

- 150 Euros per flight per unaccompanied minor for international line flights of the Carrier’s towards Africa, the Far East, the Caribbean and the Americas, as well as in general for all intercontinental flights and in all cases except for Charter flights.

UMNR bookings can be made only by contacting the Carrier’s Contact Center at +39 06 98956666 at least 72 hours before departure. The companion’s ID and contact shall be requested at the departure airport (EOD - Escort on Departure), as well as the person in charge’s at destination (EOA - Escort on Arrival). The companion at departure must stay at the airport up to 30 minutes after the effective departure of the flight. The companion must ensure that the minor arrives at the airport with all the necessary ID documents (See Terms and Conditions Art. 7.3). Should the documents shown by the passenger not be valid, the Carrier will refuse boarding with the consequent loss of what was previously paid to purchase the ticket.

9.4) For safety reasons and to avoid damage to health, the Carrier will refer to the below mentioned regulations for the carriage of pregnant women.

- Up to 28 weeks – pregnant women will be allowed on board of the aircraft without medical certificate. The Carrier may require a document certifying that the pregnant woman has not passed the twenty-eighth week of pregnancy.

- Between 29 and 36 weeks – it is required to submit a medical certificate attesting the capability to fly and the pregnant woman’s good health, as well as the child’s foreseen date of birth.

- Over 37 weeks, pregnant women are under no circumstances allowed on board.

Pregnant women are required to inform the Carrier of their condition at the time of booking.




10. BEHAVIOUR ON BOARD

10.1) It is forbidden to smoke on all the Carrier’s aircrafts. Failure to comply with this prohibition gives rise to legal action and payment of a fine from a minimum of 25 Euros and a maximum of 250 Euros (such fine may be doubled if in the surroundings there are pregnant women or children under 12 years old). It is not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages brought on board or offered by third parties. In accordance with national and international regulations, the aircraft is under the command of the Captain and all persons on board must strictly follow his/her directions. The Captain is authorized to proceed against passengers who do not behave properly or who disturb. Passengers will be liable for damages caused to the Carrier or to others due to his/her own behavior, resulting in the obligation for the passenger to compensate any damage thus caused to the Carrier and/or to third parties.




11. REFUSAL OR LIMITATION OF TRANSPORT

11.1) The Carrier may deny boarding or continuation of carriage to passengers or to luggage or either cancel his/her booking if: - It is necessary due to safety reasons or public order;

- It is necessary in order to avoid violation of the laws of the State of departure, of arrival or the State where the aircraft over flies;

- If the documents submitted at the time of acceptance are not complying with the requirements of the local authorities of the final destination;

If the transport service cannot be carried out by the Carrier due to any of the above mentioned reasons or if because of such reasons the booking is cancelled, passengers will not receive any compensation.




12. LUGGAGE TRANSPORT IN CABIN

12.1) On all our flights each passenger may carry on board only one unchecked baggage, which dimensions may not exceed 55x40x20 cm including handle and wheels.

The weight allowed for hand luggage is the following:

- Not over 10 Kg for flights marketed under the “blu-express” low-cost brand, or for domestic flights in Italy and international flights towards Europe, Turkey and Russia;

- Not over 5 Kg for the Carrier’s international flights to Africa, the Far East, the Caribbean and the Americas, as well as in general for all flights.

The Carrier reserves the right to check the luggage’s actual size at the airport by means of the special meter (“sizer”), in order to determine the possibility to transport in the cabin or the compulsory carriage in the hold as checked baggage.

12.2) In addition to unchecked baggage for all the Carrier’s flights, it is allowed to transport for free the following items: a handbag, a folder or a laptop; a coat or a blanket; an umbrella or a walking stick; a camera or binoculars; reading materials for the trip; baby food; a fully collapsible wheelchair, crutches or other prostheses, provided the passenger must absolutely need them to walk.

12.3) Inside the hand luggage, liquids are allowed in small quantities. These liquids must be inside individual containers with a maximum capacity of 100 milliliters (1/10 of a liter) or the equivalent (e.g. 100 grams). Those containers must be packed in a transparent and re-sealable plastic bag or a capacity not exceeding 1 liter (i.e. with dimensions for example not exceeding 18x20 cm). Plastic bags must be re-sealable with their contents inside of them (that is, the containers must fit comfortably in it). Each passenger (Infants included) will be allowed to transport only one plastic bag of the above mentioned dimensions.

12.4) It is allowed to transport in the cabin music instruments such as cello, harp or others by booking and payment of an extra seat in the cabin at the applicable rate for Adult passengers, provided they are within the measures allowed by the Carrier. In such a case, instruments must be transported inside a rigid, non-deformable container, which must not exceed the following dimensions: 52 cm wide x 40 cm deep x 135 cm high. The mounted foot on the bottom must be within these dimensions, if it is not removable. Double bass is not allowed to be transported in the cabin. For further information and to purchase the extra seat it is possible to contact the Contact Center. On board, the instrument will be placed in the seats immediately in front of a bulkhead or, if this is not possible on those close to the window. Check-in at the counter must be done at least 60 minutes before the deadline for acceptance.

12.5) Pets may be carried in the cabin on all our flights under the following conditions:

- A maximum of one pet per passenger

- A maximum of two pets per flight

- We accept dogs, cats and ferrets, with a maximum weight of 10 Kg., including the cage.

Carriage of pets in the cabin provides the payment of a fee according to the following scheme:

- 30 Euros each way on flights marketed the “blu-express” low-cost brand, or for domestic flights in Italy and for international flights towards Europe, Turkey and Russia.

- 18 Euros per Kg. each way on the Carrier’s line international flights towards Africa, the Far East, the Caribbean and the Americas, as well as in general for all intercontinental flights except for Charter flights.

The amount paid for the transportation of pets in the cabin is not refundable. The transport of pets together with passengers is regulated by the EC Regulation No. 998/03 with the certification provided by Decision No. 2004/203/EC (amended by Decision No. 2004/301/EC). Carriage in the cabin is subject to the specific conditions:

- The pet must say for the entire trip in a kennel, which must not exceed the following dimensions: 46 cm long x 31 cm wide x 25 cm high.

- The container must allow the pet to be comfortable, to be able to turn around and lie down; it must be well ventilated, waterproof and solid.

- The container can carry up to 5 pets of the same species, provided that the total weight (including food and the container itself) does not exceed 8 Kg.

Pets under the age of 3 months, not yet submitted to anti rabies vaccination are not allowed to travel in Europe. In some countries there are prohibitions or limitations to the introduction of some animal species, therefore, we invite passengers to check for any restrictions or prohibitions BEFORE departure and depending on the country of destination. To prevent the spread of avian influenza, the European Union and the Ministry of Health have forbidden the entrance of pet birds originating in Asian countries, Turkey, Russia, South Africa, Rumania and all the other States of the Balkan Peninsula. In the event that the above conditions are not met or in case the pet disturbs the other passengers, the Captain in charge of the flight may transfer the pet to the hold. The Carrier reserves the right to refuse the transport of pets if the above conditions are not followed.

12.6) On every unchecked baggage passengers must stick a label with their full names on it. Baggage without label will not be accepted on board by the Carrier. Identification labels for passengers’ names are available at the check-in desk in the airports, provided by the Carrier itself.

12.7) In order to check the availability of space on board for the transport of luggage and pets as “referred to in paragraphs 12.4, 12.5" passengers must contact the Carrier’s Contact Center at least 72 hours before departure. Otherwise, the boarding of such luggage or pets when the check-in is made could not be guaranteed.




13. BAGGAGE CARRIED IN THE HOLD

13.1) If the purchased flight is a Charter flight as part of an “Inclusive Tour” tourist package programmed by a Tour Operator and purchased directly from a Tour Operator or from a travel agency, the regulations expressed in arts. 13.2 and 13.3 of these terms and conditions are not applicable and must be complied with the terms and conditions provided by the Tour Operator for the transport of checked baggage.

13.2) On flights marketed under the “blu-express” low-cost brand, or for domestic flights in Italy and international flights towards Europe, Turkey and Russia for each passenger, excluding Infants, who are not entitled to free baggage allowance, the limit weight of checked baggage is a total of 30 Kg for a maximum of two bags and the sum between length, height and width must not exceed 160 cm. Transport of checked baggage is subject to payment according to the following scheme:

- Purchase of luggage carriage through the Carrier’s websites or Contact Center (up to two hours before departure): Domestic flights
  • The cost for baggage carriage for a total weight not exceeding 20 Kg is 15 Euros per flight per passenger.
  • The cost for baggage carriage for a total weight not exceeding 30 Kg is 30 Euros per flight per passenger.
  • The cost for carriage of two bags which total weight does exceed 30 Kg is 30 Euros per flight per passenger.
  • Each kilogram of excess will pay an extra charge of 10 Euros per Kg.
International flights
  • The cost for baggage carriage for a total weight not exceeding 20 Kg is 20 Euros per flight and per passenger.
  • The cost for baggage carriage for a total weight not exceeding 30 Kg is 40 Euros per flight per passenger.
  • The cost for carriage of two bags which total weight does exceed 30 Kg is 40 Euros per flight per passenger.
  • Each kilogram of excess will pay an extra charge of 10 Euros per Kg.
- Purchase of luggage carriage at the airport ticket desks (airport ticket offices may charge an administration fee due to charge commissions and to issue the necessary documents due for excess baggage. Such administrative charge varies according to the airport management company operating in different airports):

Domestic flights
  • The cost for baggage carriage for a total weight not exceeding 20 Kg is 30 Euros per flight per passenger.
  • The cost for baggage carriage for a total weight not exceeding 30 Kg is 60 Euros per flight per passenger.
  • The cost for carriage of two bags which total weight does exceed 30 Kg is 60 Euros per flight per every passenger.
  • Each kilogram of excess will pay an extra charge of 10 Euros per Kg.
International flights
  • The cost for baggage carriage for a total weight not exceeding 20 Kg is 40 Euros per flight per every passenger.
  • The cost for baggage carriage for a total weight not exceeding 30 Kg is 80 Euros per flight per every passenger.
  • The cost for carriage of two bags which total weight does exceed 30 Kg is 80 Euros per flight per every passenger.
  • Each kilogram of excess will pay an extra charge of 10 Euros per Kg.
In the event of a round trip ticket booking, the addition of checked baggage just for one way must necessarily be made by contacting the Carrier’s Contact Center or at the airport ticket office on the day of the booked departure. Through the following websites: www.blu-express.com and www.blue-panorama.com it is possible to purchase the carriage for 2 bags per flight per passenger. Passengers may check more bags to board in the hold but their weight, from the third checked bag, shall be entirely calculated as excess luggage at a cost of 10 Euros per Kg. Payment for the extra luggage cannot be made via the internet, but it must be done at the airport ticket office. Payment for extra luggage is not refundable if passengers voluntarily give up the flight.

13.3) On international line flights of the Carrier’s towards Africa, the East, the Caribbean and the Americas, as well as in general for all intercontinental flights and in all cases, except for Charter flights, for each Adult or Child passenger checked luggage weight limit in Economy Class is 20 Kg max with without limitation in the amount of bags. For each Infant passenger checked luggage weight limit is 10 Kg. max.. Carriage baggage in the hold is not subject to payment of any fee. In Blue Class (Business Class) weight limit for checked baggage for each Adult or Child passenger is 30 Kg max without limitation in the amount of bags. Each kilogram of excess will be charged an extra of 18 Euros per Kg. Depending on the passengers’ nationality there can be some specific limitations for flights to some specific destinations regarding weight allowed for checked bags. 13.4) Transport of pushchairs, strollers and travel cradles are free of charge. They can be brought up to the ramp and/or to the door of the airplane, where they will be taken away by the airport staff and stowed in the hold. They will be returned possibly right after landing, otherwise directly at the luggage carousel. However, it is possible to have them checked at the check-in desk, together with one’s luggage, if you wish so.

13.5) None of the Carrier’s flights allow to combine weight for luggage which belong to different passengers.

In addition, the allowance for checked baggage must be intended per passenger, thus personal, not combined and/or shared with other passengers’ allowance, that is it cannot be combined and/or shared when checking-in with other passengers’ of the same flight.

13.6) Checked baggage, whether allowed or in excess, is carried on the same aircraft as passengers, unless that is impossible for safety or operational reasons. In such a case, the Carrier undertakes to carry such baggage on the following available flight. The Carrier reserves the right not to board any luggage weighing more than 32 Kg.

13.7) Transport of technical and professional materials, whether for sports or not, golf equipment, diving and cycling materials, windsurf boards, snowboards and water and snow ski boards are subject to a surcharge according the following scheme:

- 5 Euros per Kg per flight for each equipment of any kind on flights marketed under the “blu-express” low-cost brand or for domestic flights in Italy or for international flights towards Europe, Turkey and Russia;

- 60 Euros per flight for each golf equipment for international flights of the Carrier’s towards Africa, the East, the Caribbean and the Americas, plus, in general, for all intercontinental flights;

- 75 Euros per flight for every bike on international flights of the Carrier’s towards Africa, the East, the Caribbean and the Americas, plus, in general, for all intercontinental flights;

- 100 Euros per flight for each surf equipment and snowboard on international flights of the Carrier’s towards Africa, the East, the Caribbean and the Americas, plus, in general, for all intercontinental flights;

- 150 Euros per flight for each windsurf equipment on international flights of the Carrier’s towards Africa, the East, the Caribbean and the Americas, plus, in general, for all intercontinental flights;

- 18 Euros per Kg per flight for each equipment not mentioned specifically on international flights of the Carrier’s towards Africa, the East, the Caribbean and the Americas, plus, in general, for all intercontinental flights.

For reservations it is necessary to contact the Contact Center, as carriage may be subject to limitations of space in the hold for specific flights. If at the time of boarding such equipment, it has not been pre-booked, the fee may be charged when the check-in operations are being made under the same conditions subject to space availability in the hold. Bikes must be properly packed. Their handlebars must be turned toward the body of the bike itself and securely locked. Their pedals must be removed, as well as their wheels and cannot be inflated. In addition, at the airport, passengers must fill in a form for discharge of responsibility for any possible damage during transportation. For further information and details concerning package and preparation of sport equipment to be carried in the hold, it is possible to contact the Contact Center.

13.8) On the Carrier’s flights every musical instrument that exceeds 100 cm length must be carried as checked luggage. Instruments which exceed this dimension are not allowed. Checking and boarding of musical instruments is always outside the normal baggage allowance. Rates applied are the following:

- 30s Euros per piece per flight on flights marketed under the “blu-express” low-cost brand or for domestic flights in Italy or for international flights towards Europe, Turkey and Russia;

- 18 Euros per Kg per flight on international flights of the Carrier’s towards Africa, the East, the Caribbean and the Americas, plus, in general, for all intercontinental flights;

Passengers must show at the check-in counter at least 60 minutes before the deadline scheduled.

13.9) Pets who need to be embarked in the hold of the aircraft are not allowed on flights marketed under the “blu-express” low-cost brand or on domestic flights in Italy or on international flights towards Europe, Turkey and Russia.

On international line flights of the Carrier’s towards Africa, the East, the Caribbean and the Americas, plus, in general, for all intercontinental flights except for Charter flights, it is possible to carry pets in the hold. Carriage requires the payment of a fee of 18 Euros per Kg per flight. The price paid for pets carried in the hold is not refundable. Pet transportation in the hold is ruled by the EC Regulation No. 998/03 with the certification required by Decision 2004/203/EC (amended by Decision 2004/301/EC). The kennel or cage used for boarding must give the possibility for the pet to travel comfortably, to turn around and lie down. It must be well ventilated, waterproof and solid. Pets under the age of 3 months old, that is not yet submitted to the rabies vaccine may not travel in the hold. In some countries there are prohibitions or restrictions on the importation of some animal species, therefore passengers are kindly requested to verify eventual limitations or prohibitions BEFORE departure and based on the country of destination. The Carrier reserves the right to refuse carriage of pets if the above criteria are not followed.

13.10) In order to check the availability of space in the hold of the aircraft for the transport of items or pets “referred to in paragraphs 13.7, 13.8, 13.9" passengers must contact the Carrier’s Contact Center at least 72 hours before departure. Otherwise, boarding of such objects and pets at the time of check-in could not be guaranteed.

13.11) The Carrier will not accept as checked baggage fragile or perishable items, money, jewelry, silverware and precious metals, securities, debt securities, shares or other securities or the like, as well as commercial or office documents, samples, passports or other identity documents.

13.12) On every checked baggage passengers must stick a label with their full names on it. Baggage without label will not be accepted on board by the Carrier. Identification labels for passengers’ names are available at the check-in desk in the airports, provided by the Carrier itself.

13.13) The Carrier shall not be liable for: perishable or fragile items not properly packed; minor damage to the exterior of the baggage, such as (by way of example only) stains or scratches, resulting from the use they are made for; water damage on luggage materials which are not waterproof. Damages caused to baggage, such as loss of wheels or scratches will be considered as "WEAR and TEAR" and the company will not have any responsibility in this regard.

13.14) For the rights of passengers in the event of loss or damage to baggage, the EC No. 889/2002 Regulation is applied, as well as the Montreal Convention. The Carrier reserves the right not to carry in the hold any item which is unsuitable for transport on the aircraft due to its size, shape, weight, content, special characteristics, fragility, perishability or for safety or operational reasons. With regard to the claims, these will be taken into consideration based on specific procedures handed in by the “Lost and Found” office staff (lost luggage assistance) at the airport of arrival. In any case, passengers are required to keep the baggage tag and report any claim before leaving the baggage pick-up area: acceptance of baggage by the owner of the ticket without any written complaint at the time of pick up is the presumption that luggage was delivered in good condition according to the contract of carriage and it shall not be possible to claim any refund request. “PIR” opened by the Lost and Found Office is not a valid notice to the Carrier, since passengers must send a written complaint to the Carrier within the terms provided by the regulations, that is within 7 days in case of damage and within 21 days from the date of delivery in case of delay in the return of luggage. The exercise of rights by passengers according to the Contract for the transport and delivery of checked baggage is subject to possession and presentation of the baggage receipt, which is handed in at the time of check-in and bears the passenger’s name, before whom the Carrier is obliged for carriage, as well as the passenger’s ticket number and the number of checked bags owned by the passenger.

13.15) Carriage of syringes for personal use is allowed, not exceeding the entire duration of the trip (outbound flight, stay, return flight). Holding syringes on board is subject to showing the following documents:
- Medical certificate dated not earlier than 30 days, which attest the need, quantity and way of taking the medicines;
- Package leaflet of the medicine;
- Self-certification stating that the container is anti-shock and anti-tipping.




14. DANGEROUS ITEMS IN THE HOLD

14.1) For safety reasons, the items listed below cannot be carried in the passengers’ luggage:
  • Compressed gasses - (deeply refrigerated, flammable, non-flammable and poisonous), such as butane, oxygen, liquid nitrogen, aqualung cylinders;
  • Corrosive items, such as acids, alkalis, mercury and wet cell batteries;
  • Explosive ammunition, firearms and weapons of any kind, pistol caps, fireworks and flares;
  • Flammable liquids and solids such as lighter fuel;
  • Matches, solvents, paints, lighters;
  • Radioactive materials;
  • Bags and cases with installed alarm devices;
  • Oxidant materials such as bleaching power and peroxides;
  • Poisons and infectious substances such as insecticides, weed-killers and live-virus materials;
  • Other dangerous items such as magnetic, offensive or irritating materials.


14.2) Carriage of sport weapons; Provisions of the law: transport of weapons and ammunitions is regulated by specific provisions stated by Law No. 694 of December 23, 1974. According to Art. 30 of the Unique Text of public safety laws of the Royal Decree of June 18, 1931 No. 773, the term weapons means one’s own, that is personal firearms and all those, which natural purpose is aggression against people, including cutting tools with a tip (such as knives, daggers and the like).

How to carry them:
Weapons and ammunition should always be reported at the time of booking and are allowed only as checked baggage labeled to the flight’s final destination, provided that:
- The weapons are unloaded, dismantled and packed in special sealed containers
- The ammunitions are:
  • Carried for sporting purposes
  • Suitably protected against sudden movements
  • Packed in metal, wood or fiber containers, with safety lock and resistant to sudden movements and fire
  • Their quantity must not exceed 5 Kg. weight (11 lb.) per passenger.
It is absolutely prohibited to transport ammunition with incendiary or explosive bullets. In view of the characteristics of such baggage, the passenger must get information on exact regulations at the Sate/Border Police station and eventual customs formalities. This allows you to prepare the required documentation and to avoid during the trip disputes with Authorities. The cost of the service is 30 Euros on arrival and 30 Euros on depart.

14.3) Medicines and toiletries in limited quantities may be carried for the appropriate need of passengers during the trip, such as hairspray, perfumes and medicines containing alcohol.

14.4) The use on board of electronic devices of any kind is not allowed.




15. MEALS ON BOARD

15.1) PFor flights marketed under the “blu-express” low-cost brand, or for domestic flights in Italy and international flights towards Europe, Turkey and Russia distribution of free meals on board is not provided. Passengers can by in-flight snacks and hot or cold drinks depending on the menu. Their prices are shown on the Magazine on board placed in the seat pocket in front.

15.2) For international line flights of the Carrier’s towards Africa, the East, the Caribbean and the Americas, as well as in general for all intercontinental flights and in all cases except for Charter flights, free distribution of hot meals and breakfast during the flight is provided, as well as hot and cold beverages. Meals served in some cases may provide a choice between two types of dishes (e.g. first and main course). Adult passengers traveling with Infants can receive for free within the limits of the stock on board a limited amount of baby food (meat/fruit/vegetables) if they do not carry with themselves the necessary baby food for their babies. Hot water will be available on board for the eventual preparation of freeze-dried foods.

15.3) For international line flights of the Carrier’s towards Africa, the East, the Caribbean and the Americas, as well as in general for all intercontinental flights and in all cases except for Charter flights, for the service on board regarding the Blue Class (Business Class) a wide selection of hot and cold meals “à la carte” is furnished, served in a luxurious way on table cloth and china, either for lunch, dinner or breakfast. In addition to all soft drinks, a list of wines from the aircraft cellar is provided, as well as spirits.

15.4) Meals are prepared for the Carrier by external companies in accordance with high international standards of quality.

15.5) For international line flights of the Carrier’s towards Africa, the East, the Caribbean and the Americas, as well as in general for all intercontinental flights and in all cases except for Charter flights, it is possible to request the reservation only through the Contact Center special meals in both Economy Class and Blue Class (Business Class), such as:
- VGML (western vegetarian meal) that is vegetarian meal (not vegan) Western-style;
- GFML (gluten free meal) that is meal that includes gluten-free foods;




16. ALLOCATION OF SEATS ON BOARD

16.1 For flights marketed under the "blu-express" low-cost brand, or for domestic flights in Italy and international flights towards Europe, Turkey and Russia allocation of seats on board is not provided, where the rule is "free seating" that is the free choice of seating.

16.2 PFor international flights of the Carrier’s towards Africa, the East, the Caribbean and the Americas, as well as in general for all intercontinental flights allocation of seats on board is provided only during check-in operations. It will be possible to choose between:
- Window or aisle seats
- Side or central aisles
- Positioning on the aircraft, that is frontal / central / rear section

The Carrier may or may not grant the choice made on the basis of the remaining availability or other evaluation factors depending on safety regulations on board.

The Carrier may also apply a surcharge to ensure at the time of allocation seats with special characteristics (e.g. more room for legs; special arm seats).

16.3 The crew may at any time keep private access to the front row seats or at the emergency exits for special type of passengers at the sole Carrier’s discretion.




17. FLIGHT CONFIRMATION

17.1 For flights marketed under the “blu-express” low-cost brand, or for domestic flights in Italy and international flights towards Europe, Turkey and Russia it is not necessary, in any event, to reconfirm the flight. However, it is necessary to check on the Company’s websites at least 72 hours before the departure the departure and arrival schedules.

17.2 For international line flights of the Carrier’s towards Africa, the East, the Caribbean and the Americas, as well as in general for all intercontinental flights and in all cases except for Charter flights, it is necessary to check on the Company’s websites at least 72 hours before the departure the departure and arrival schedules. It is also advisable to confirm the return flight at least 72 hours before the departure by contacting the Company’s offices:

18. APPLICABLE LAW AND IMPORTANT NOTICE

18.1) Air transportation in the Italian territory is ruled by:
- The rules established by the Italian Navigation Code;
- The provisions of the EC Regulation No. 2027/97 as last amended by EC Regulation 889/02 and the exclusions and limitations of liability of the Carrier therein;
- The General Conditions of the Carrier for the national transport of passengers and luggage, as well as the concerning regulations; these General Conditions of the Carrier and the above mentioned regulations are an integral and substantial part of these conditions.

Air transport, which has an ultimate or an intermediate destination country different from the one of departure is subject to the provisions and exclusions and limitations of liability set out in EC Regulation No. 2027/97 as last amended by EC Regulation No. 889/02 and, for that which is not provided, to the Montreal Convention.

18.2) Exclusions and/or limitations of liability applicable to the Carrier shall be extended to its agents, delegates and representatives and to all legal persons whose aircraft may be used by the Carrier for transport, as well as agents, delegates and representatives of legal persons. No agent, delegate or representative of the Carrier’s has authority to amend or delete a provision of these terms.

18.3) Checked baggage will be delivered to the bearer of the Baggage Receipt.

18.4) The Carrier’s name may be abbreviated on the ticket. The Carrier’s full name and its abbreviation are in the price list, on the regulations or on the schedule of the Carrier’s. The intermediate stops are the ones appearing on the ticket or on the Carrier’s schedules.

18.5) The Carrier may refuse to transport any person who has purchased a ticket in violation of applicable laws, rates or the Carrier’s regulations.

18.6) The Carrier will endeavor to carry the passenger and his/her luggage with reasonable rapidity. The Carrier may, without notice, substitute carriers or aircrafts and may modify, if necessary, the stopping places shown on the ticket. Schedules are subject to change without notice.

18.7) LPurchase of tickets by phone, email or online are ruled by the provisions of the Legislative Decree No. 185 of 22 May 1999, applicable to transport contracts and therefore without prejudice to the exclusions of Article 7 of such Decree.




19. WEBSITE USE - COPYRIGHT - SOFTWARE

19.1) The use of the Carrier’s website is permitted only for personal use. By accessing the website, customers agree with its terms of use by stating that they are legally binding for them. The Carrier forbids any amendment, reproduction, duplication, copy, distribution, sale or use of its website for any commercial use without prior written approval by the Carrier itself.

19.2) The Carrier reserves for the website as well as for all data/content on it its copyright. In this regard, all contents of this site, including logo, images, text, graphics, audio clips and software are the property of blu-express.com Airlines and are protected by laws on copyright.

19.3) In what links functionality to other websites and other home pages is concerned, which are published on the Carrier’s website, as well as the contents thereof, the Carrier assumes no responsibility. That is so since the Carrier’s online offer contains links to other websites.

19.4) The Carrier allows the use of its website only for personal use. Users agree as follows:
- Comply legally with the terms of these rules;
- Make connections to the website only through the main access page;
- Do not make connections to other parts of the website without our prior express authorization;
- Do not use images to show a link to the website;
- Do not use the name "blu-express" or "Blue Panorama Airlines" or other brands which belong to the Carrier for commercial purposes without first obtaining written consent from the Carrier;
- Do not reproduce material from the website for commercial purposes, including quotation of prices of the Carrier’s on other websites or on other on-line services, neither collect information by using software for automatic reading (spider) or other type of technology.




20. NOTICE PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE No. 196/2003 – PRIVACY POLICY
